protectors, trustee advisors, and transfers of trust interests, and to                              
creditors' claims against property subject to a power of appointment;

Senator Phillips, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                  
adoption of the Rules Committee Substitute offered on page 3260.                                    
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 369(RLS) was                                              
adopted and read the second time.                                                                   
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                    
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                 
passage. Senator Ellis objected.
